Sajam je otvorio federalni ministar poljoprivrede, vodoprivrede i šumarstva Šemsudin Dedić, koji je kazao kako je potreba za hranom sve veća zbog ratnih događanja u Ukrajini, ali i klimatskih promjena i vremenskih nepogoda.
“Početak godine, rat u Ukrajini, poskupljenja repromaterijala i inputa u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji stvorili su neizvjesnu situaciju. Kroz povećanje proračuna Ministarstva, veću podršku podizanju novih nasada, nabavci opreme i strojeva i povećanju kapaciteta skladištenja imamo stanje koje poljoprivredni proizvođači smatraju zadovoljavajućim. Cijena repromaterijala je povećana, ali povećana je i cijena proizvoda. Kad je malina u pitanju imamo cijene od 8 do 12 km po kg”, rekao je Dedić.
Predsjednik Organizacijskog odbora “Dana maline” Sejad Herceg kazao je kako je gotovo 50 posto proizvođača u godini iza nas odustalo od maline, ali da će otkupa cijena ove godine biti zadovoljavajuća.
“Nadamo se poticajnim mjerama i svim ostalim aktivnostima koje bi trebale pomoći malinarstvu, pčelarstvu i drugim vidovima poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Budućnost svake države mora biti proizvodnja hrane. Danas je svoje maline izlagalo 14 proizvođača, oni na visokim cijenama žele ubrati svaki plod i plasirati ga na tržište”, ustvrdio je Herceg, naglasivši kako je potražnja na svjetskom nivou dosegla visoku razinu.
Prvog dana sajma održan je i okrugli stol na teme “Pčelarstvo i apiterapija kao dio ruralnog zdravstvenog turizma” i “Organsko pčelarstvo”.
U okviru današnjeg posjeta, ministar Dedić obišao je i malinjak Josipe Jurišić iz Novog Travnika koja je na ovogodišnjem sajmu dobila nagradu “Zlatna malina”.
Centar za organsku proizvodnju iz Selenče i Klaster Dunav-Bačko Novo Selo organizovali su 17 septembra 2021 godine Okrugli stol na temu :”Ekološka proizvodnja i prerada ljekovitog, aromatičnog i začinskog bilja-Razvoj ruralnog turizma.” Skup je bio međunarodnog karaktera, a organizovan je u Bačkom Novom Selu u Srbiji. Iz Bosne i Hercegovine su učestvovali “Organska proizvodnja Herceg”,predsjednik Sejad Herceg, Halilović d.o.o i ESOF.
Glavni cilj jeste institucionalno rjesenje politike razvoja organske poljoprivrednje proizvodnje,svih ekonomskih faktora koji mogu pomići stanovnicima da dobiju finalne impute za svoju porodicu, istakao je Sejad Herceg predsjednik ORGANSKO SBK/KSB.
